I prefer Thavorn Beach Villege and Spa in Phuket. Nearby Islands provide Accommodations?
I have already made a decision for the accommodation in Phuket. Also, I have found that there are a lot of other Islands nearby such as Phi Phi Island, Railey Island, Ao Nang Island, Lanta Island, Similan Island. As there are nearby, so I’m wondering if I want to get over those Islands, How long does it take from a place to place? If it takes only a short time, so that will be ok, I will just visit. But if it takes a long time, or If I want to stay, are there a lot of hotels provided? I have to make a booking in advance or just walk-in? How about the rates over there as well?

I am glad you have chosen your hotel.
Phi Phi can be visited as a full day trip and you can also stay there for one or more nights.
Railay Beach and Ao Nang Beach are both on Krabi mainland around 3 hours or more from Phuket by road. There are plenty of hotels and if you go in the low season i.e. now, I would not expect you would have a problem just walking in.
Lanta Island is at the southern end of Krabi Province around 5 hours from Phuket.
The Similan Islands are mainly for divers on liveaboards.
You have plenty of choices but watch the weather at this time. Ferry schedules can be disrupted and I expect you would not want to be anywhere too remote in case it should rain.
