Is it worth to rent a car in phuket(maybe going inland or other places), rather than getting around by taxis?
I disagree with the others, it’s not worth the pain of putting up with Thai drivers, from someone who has his own car here. I won’t do it just for a stay of a week or so. If you stay at Patong you can take tours or walk anyplace you need to go.
