thailand question?
I am thinking of travelling to Thailand and am wondering which is more of an expensive city for travellers I dont know if I should stay at Bangkok or Phuket I dont want to pay a lot for food etc
Both places are about the same,but if you want shopping then Bangkok is the best place because you have more choice.Phuket will be more relaxing for you because of the beautiful beaches if that’s what you want.Bangkok is more hectic (but I love the place).Why not spend most of your holiday in Phuket and a few days in Bangkok that way you will get the best of both places.Food etc; is very inexpensive unless you want to eat at fancy restuarants but I always manage to find good eating places such as MBK shopping mall in Bangkok.You have everything you could possible need under one roof,from jewellery,clothes,electrical goods,you just name it and they have and you can shop under air conditioning.There is a giant cinema complex on the top floor which is amazing and you will be spoilt for choice with eating places.I will be there this week for three months,taking in Bangkok,Pattaya and Koh Samui whatever you choose have a great time.
