Thailand…need some great spots to go to…?
Ok, I’m going to Thailand for the first time in April with my boyfriend. I don’t want to visit the wh0retowns or anything trashy. I heard Phuket is good and Coy Samoy (sp?) I’m thinking of bungalows on the beach with minimum intrusion, but great sites to visit nearby and shopping. If you’ve been there, can you send me the links? I also am looking for spots that are not expensive, under 2k for an excursion under a week. Pluses are spa treatments, personnel chef. I’m thinking of an Australian or Dutch type of resort-getaway where they have local dishes served along with western fare. Please provide me your experience at that place you recommend and why. LOL, I know it sounds like an assignment instead of a request for help. But I really want good feed back.
