Boeing purchased MacDonald-Douglass so any liability for the plane that MacDonald-Douglass might have would be Boeing’s.
yes. the airline was at fault as they didnt do good maintenance. they had a history of problems. Instead fly nok air, thai air or jetstar which are reputable. Thats the problem with cheaper carriers, poor safety. costly choice!
