Thailand’s good for weddings as well as honeymoons
As you probably know, Thailand makes the perfect honeymoon destination and what’s not to like? Start off in the bustling metropolis of Bangkok for some sight seeing and shopping then make your way to the lush jungles and golden shores of Phuket for some serious relaxation time; it’s the ultimate two in one destination.
Or if you’re in need of some serious rest and relaxation and you need to escape the city, head straight to the pristine golden beaches of the Balinese gulf. This is the perfect place to head to after a hectic wedding ceremony. If you want to liven things up a bit, some island hopping provides a nice vista change.
More to the point, most of the luxury villas on these islands have their own private beaches, so you don’t have to go far to find your sun spot.
And the Land of Smiles has so much more. The food is unique, the people are friendly and the fact that animals and people often share the same space – like in central Bangkok – means you’lll have a totally unique experience.
Now, the country has long known about the burgeoning honeymoon crowd, who flock to it’s shores to find the ultimate tropical paradise in which to start the rest of their lives as a couple (for whatever time round). So in an attempt to branch out, Thailand are looking to tempt people there for their nuptuals too!
And it’s hard to argue a case against it. Everything a holiday to Thailand can offer to honeymooners, it can offer to weddings belle’s too. Pretty much means that the tourist board should have no problem getting people over that wee bit quicker.
