Has anyone been around the Phuket/Khao Lak region in October?
My friends and I are flying into Phuket and staying in Khao Lak. We have been told there is hardly any tours leaving from where we are staying and that it is monsoon season in October. Have we made the wrong choice to go at the wrong time and wrong place.
There should be tours, but you are going in a very rainy month, so you must expect the chance to have rain and that causes problems with tours and trips. The best time for weather Phuket and Khao lak is December to March/April.
